The ASL of Frosinone is aware of the importance of safeguarding privacy and personal data. For this reason, it undertakes to process the data exclusively for the purposes and in the manner illustrated in this policy and in those presented to the user from time to time and for which there is a direct or indirect use of personal data.
In particular, all data collection activities – and subsequent processing – are aimed at pursuing institutional purposes and in the exclusive interest of the user. As reported by the General Data Protection Regulation with respect to your Personal Data in our possession, you have the following Rights: Right of Access (Article 15), Right to obtain the rectification, integration and deletion of data (Article 16), Right of Cancellation/Right to be Forgotten (Article 17), Right to Limitation of Processing (Article 18). You can enforce each of these rights by writing to the Personal Data Processor (DPO).
Under no circumstances do we transfer or sell personal data to other third parties for activities other than for the sole purposes related to the requested Healthcare processing.
How do we ensure the protection of your data?
The data are collected according to the indications of the reference legislation, with particular regard to the security measures provided for by the GDPR (art. 32) for their processing by computer, manual and automated tools and with logics strictly related to the purposes indicated above and in any case in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves.
Privacy, Cookies and Profiling Policy
The ASL of Frosinone is aware of the importance of protecting the confidentiality of personal data and has made every effort to comply with rules of conduct that are in line with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and that guarantee safe, controlled and confidential browsing on the network. Cookies are small text files that are sent by the website visited by the user on the user’s device (usually to the browser), where they are stored so that they can recognise that device on the next visit. At each subsequent visit, in fact, cookies are re-sent by the user’s device to the site.
Depending on the purpose, cookies are divided into technical cookies and profiling cookies.
Technical cookies are usually used to allow efficient navigation between pages, store user preferences, store information about specific user configurations, authenticate users, etc. Some of these cookies enable functions without which it would not be possible to perform some operations.
