Following the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding for the creation of an integrated system for the protection of victims of gender-based violence in conditions of particular vulnerability between the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Frosinone, the Council of the Order of Lawyers of Frosinone, the Local Health Authority of Frosinone, the Social Districts and various voluntary associations, a service called Victim Listening and Reception Space has been established, aimed at providing victims of domestic violence or in any case in a condition of particular vulnerability, a first psychosocial reception, all the useful information and accompaniment towards other territorial services or professionals responsible for taking charge at the legal, health or psycho-social level.
The Service has been operational since 1 May 2017 and is located in a dedicated and specifically set up area, in the offices of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Frosinone. The management of the Service is entrusted to specialised personnel with adequate psychological and legal knowledge, with particular reference to listening to and relating to victims.
