Below are the actions that are developed at the level of the ASL company in Frosinone in order to reduce the negative effects of the occupational risks envisaged in the PP8 plan, taking into account that health is the result of the interaction of environmental, individual, employment but also socioeconomic factors and more extensively of the ecosystem with a view to a harmonious and sustainable development of human beings, nature and the environment (One Health). The business plan is developed with activities planned until 2025 and the actions involve all stakeholders in the protection of the health and safety of workers. The objectives and actions of the plan will be explained to them, providing moments of interaction aimed at developing synergies of skills and roles. This RPSP aims to create an integrated territorial model aimed at protecting risks to health and safety at work, also through moments of assistance with the implementation of knowledge on risk assessment methods, good management practices, proposed and disseminated with various tools (Vademecum, sitography, dedicated information desks, etc.). The approach also meets the criteria of Equity as it aims to particularly support small and micro enterprises and at the same time implement information on occupational risks and interactions with any extra-occupational risk factors towards workers and their representatives (RLS), also promoting adherence to the actions envisaged in other company prevention plans aimed at lifestyles (diet, smoking, alcohol, sedentary lifestyle, etc.). In the development of the plan, there is a tendency to achieve a synergy between assistance and supervision activities for companies, aimed at supporting the world of work by raising employers’ awareness not only of the risks but also of the consequences due to non-compliance with safety standards. The monitoring/supervision phase also provides for the adoption of audit tools developed for specific sectors/risks (Vademecum, evaluation/self-assessment sheets, etc.) also aimed at the homogeneity and transparency of actions.
