In the province of Frosinone, in recent years it has been found that, despite having fluctuations in the number of accidents at work, the methods of occurrence for the construction sector and agriculture remain constant over time. In particular, for construction, falls from heights are the first determinant of injury, while in agriculture the number of serious and fatal injuries, mostly caused by crushing due to overturning of agricultural vehicles, remains high. The plan aims to intervene mainly on small and medium-sized enterprises, according to the principle of equity, involving strategic safety figures, employers’ associations, trade union representatives and trade representatives with meetings and training courses for the dissemination and consolidation of the safety culture. To this end, brochures, information material and documents of shared good practices will also be produced. With regard to agricultural activity, in the territory of the province of Frosinone there are above all very small economically weak companies, family workers and any unskilled seasonal labour. For this reason, the plan will pay particular attention to the information addressed to this target group, which represents a fragile element in the working population.
