The UOS Residential Centres is a simple structure within the UOC Residentiality and Semi-Residentiality. The structure consists of three Extensive Therapeutic-Rehabilitative Residential Structures, all three belonging to District B of Frosinone. The same are reported below in a more punctual and detailed manner.

Franco Basaglia Extensive Therapeutic Rehabilitation Residential Facility
The therapeutic project of the Franco Basaglia Extensive Therapeutic Rehabilitation Residential Structure aims to develop the skills of the subject, with the active participation of the same, subject to a dynamic evaluation, in order to prevent or contain the tendency to chronicity. Thus, the first therapeutic-rehabilitative objective is the recovery of participatory capacity in all areas of life: home, work, social relations.
The Community’s task is to design and implement integrated therapeutic-rehabilitative interventions: psychotherapeutic, sociotherapeutic, educational, pharmacological, individual, group and family, which allow the restoration of communication channels interrupted by the disease or the creation of paths suitable for individual abilities.
Recipients
The Facility has ten seats. The characteristic element is that it mainly deals with a young user group (children aged 18 to 40), with psychopathology in the subacute psychotic phase, avoiding, as far as possible, to address a user with serious personality disorders.

- protected laboratory of working type, external;
- canto laboratory;
- kitchen workshop;
- gazebo: promotion of beekeeping products;
- multi-sport activities
How to access
Access to the Franco Basaglia Extensive Therapeutic Rehabilitation Residential Facility is indirect. It occurs following the report by the CSM treatment team. The program is evaluated by the Community team: if the opinion is favorable, the guest is invited to visit the facility. The first 20-30 days of residency are considered a trial period and evaluation of the feasibility of the project. The initiation of the entire therapeutic-rehabilitation project takes place upon eligibility issued by the Multidisciplinary Corporate Evaluation Unit.

Maxwell Jones Extensive Therapeutic Rehabilitation Residential Facility
The therapeutic project of the Maxwell Jones Extensive Therapeutic Rehabilitation Residential Facility deals with the care of patients with psychiatric pathology for whom it is considered possible to recover skills already possessed and dispersed from the course of the disease or from the onset of an episode of acute decompensation, at the onset or recurrence.
The purpose of insertion into the Community is to start the user towards the best possible quality of life based on the pathology present and the skills possessed.
The intervention ends with the transition to a structure with a lower welfare and economic impact or to return to the family and, in any case, it aims to bring the user back towards a progressive and guided return to the social fabric to which they belong.

The recipients of the Maxwell Jones Extensive Therapeutic Rehabilitation Residential Facility are patients suffering from psychiatric disorders with a diagnosis of psychosis, major depression, bipolar disorders and personality disorders in the post-acute or chronic phase that require a rehabilitation path.

The services provided by the Maxwell Jones Extensive Therapeutic Rehabilitation Residential Facility are as follows:
- psychiatric examination. Pharmacological therapy;
- psychological interview; individual and group psychotherapy; texts;
- social interventions;
- intervention on families;
- drafting of a shared Personalised Therapeutic Rehabilitation Project;
- personal care activities and personal spaces;
- recreational and sports activities aimed at re-socialisation;
- manual and work activities aimed at recovering skills;
- external activities in collaboration with voluntary associations and the private sector;
- relationships with Bodies and Institutions for the reintegration into employment and housing or for the recognition of rights
How to access
Submission by the Mental Health Centre of reference of the user, after certification of the suitability of the rehabilitation project drawn up issued by the Evaluation Unit of the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Diseases. Preparation of a P.T.R.P. with the medium-long term objectives of the intervention, agreed between the User, Community Operators, the sending Team and the Family.

Romolo Priori Extensive Therapeutic Rehabilitation Residential Facility
The therapeutic project of the Romolo Priori Extensive Therapeutic Rehabilitation Residential Facility deals with the reception of people suffering from mental disorders who need relational, social, psychotherapeutic and pharmacological interventions for the recovery of personal, relational and autonomy skills, aimed at housing, family, social and work reintegration, through integrated personalized therapeutic-rehabilitation paths of a health and social-health type, coordinated and finalized for objectives.

The recipients of the Romolo Priori Extensive Therapeutic Rehabilitation Residential Facility are patients suffering from psychiatric diseases with a diagnosis of psychosis, major depression, bipolar disorders and personality disorders in the post-acute or chronic phase that require a rehabilitation path.
Services / Activities provided
The services provided by the Romolo Priori Extensive Therapeutic Rehabilitation Residential Facility are as follows:
- pre-hosting interviews with users, family members and CSM staff;
- selection and definition of the shared and agreed PTRP with short, medium and long-term objectives;
- psychiatric examination;
- group psychotherapies;
- internal laboratory activities;
- activities for the care of people and personal spaces and meetings;
- external resocialising and rehabilitation activities of a sporting and training nature, in collaboration with associations (Bocciofila Ceccanese, Associazione 03100, Gruppo Amici della Momtagna, Associazione dei Familiari “Verbene”;
- recovery of contractual capacities in reference to citizenship rights and duties;
- preparation for discharge and for some users placement in shared apartments
