The Technical Administrative Area belongs to the Administrative Management and ensures the support of the administrative services to the Company Management and other internal structures. It provides for the economic and financial management, takes care of the operational, regulatory and tax aspects related to the preparation and management of the financial statements and ensures the regular keeping of company accounts. It also plays a service role for the company’s organisational structures with reference to the planning and operational management of the procurement of goods and services acquired.
It also guarantees the development of personnel policies and the legal, administrative and economic management of dependent or affiliated human resources, as well as their evaluation.
Finally, it constitutes the connecting tool between the central functions and the local and hospital decentralised technical-administrative processes, towards which it ensures professional support, in order to ensure that the administrative processes are an integral and essential part of the production processes.
