A tender above the Community threshold is called, through an open procedure,on the STELLA telematic platform,aimed at stipulating a three-year framework agreement with a single economic operator for each of the 31 lots in which the tender is divided, for the supply of sterile, non-sterile bulk TNT material and suture positioning kit, necessary for the Frosinone Healthcare Company,for a duration of 36 months plus a possible renewal of 12 months and for a maximum estimated total expenditure of €5,663,546.88 (€4,247,660.16 basic assignment + €1,415,886.72 renewal), excluding VAT.
The procedure will be awarded, with reference to lots no. 13-14-15-19-21-24-31, according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best quality/price ratio, pursuant to art. 95,paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments; while , with reference to the remaining lots, according to the criterion of the lowest price pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 4, of the aforementioned decree.
