A tender is called, through an open procedure, on the STELLA online platform, for the assignment of the Third Party Liability Insurance Coverage and work providers of the ASL of Frosinone, for the duration of 36 months, for a total presumed expense of € 12,000,000.00 (VAT exempt).
The procedure will be awarded according to the criterion of financially
most advantageous identified on the basis of the best quality/price ratio, pursuant to art. 95,
paragraphs 2 and 6, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments.
