A tender is called, by open procedure, on the STELLA telematic platform, for the assignment of the supply of devices for Gastroenterology for the needs of the ASL of Frosinone, divided into 115 lots, for a total estimated expenditure of €6,575,020.20 (excluding VAT) for 36 months.
The procedure will be awarded mainly according to the criterion of financially
most advantageous identified on the basis of the best quality/price ratio, pursuant to art. 95,
paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and, on a residual basis, with the application of the minor criterion
price pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 4, lett. b) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.
