A tender is called, through an open procedure, on the STELLA electronic platform, for the assignment of the supply of anesthesia and resuscitation devices necessary to ASL Frosinone, for a total estimated cost of €15,013,335.69 (excluding VAT) for 36 months plus a possible renewal of 12 months.
The procedure will be awarded mainly according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, identified on the basis of the best quality/price ratio, pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 (with the attribution of a maximum of 70 points for the technical score and a maximum of 30 points for the economic score) and, on a residual basis, with the application of the criterion of the lowest price pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 4, lett. b) of Legislative Decree 50/2016
