The personnel concerned and in possession of the specific admission requirements, as per the attached regulations, must submit the application for participation, made in the form of a self-certification (Annex A) pursuant to Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and subsequent amendments, by certified mail to protocollo@pec.aslfrosinone.it and to mail osservazionepeo@aslfrosinone.it strictly by 23:59:59 on 19 December 2023.
The questions as per the attached model must exclusively report as object:
Question DEP23 (first name, last name)
in the application attach:
– DEP application (as per attached model)
– copy of the valid identification document
No changes or additions will be considered beyond the submission deadline.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ONLY WAY TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS IS BY CERTIFIED EMAIL TO THE ADDRESSES :
protocollo@pec.aslfrosinone.it and email osservazionepeo@aslfrosinone.it taxably by 23:59:59 on 19 December 2023.
THEREFORE, NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ACQUIRED BY HAND IN THE PROTOCOL OR OTHER OFFICES DUE TO NON-TRACEABILITY OF THE SAME.
In the event of a discrepancy between the declarations made and the official data held by the Administration, the candidate will be automatically excluded from the ranking and will incur the penalties referred to in art. 76 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 in the event of falsehoods in the deeds or false declarations.
