Last summer stages of the ASL prevention tour in Frosinone. The camper will be stationed over the weekend in Veroli and Ausonia and will close the itinerant oncological screening campaign for the prevention of cancers of the breast, cervix and colon, next Thursday 28 July in Coreno Ausonio.
The “Prevention Truck” will therefore be present tomorrow, Saturday 23 July, in Veroliin Piazzale delle Filippine from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm and, at the same time, on Sunday 24 May in Ausoniain Piazza Mercato.
The tour, coordinated by the UOSD Coordination Screening Manager Dr. Anna Tellina, closes on Thursday, July 28, again from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., at the Coreno Ausonio Market Area .
Who can access and how
Access is free on a first-come, first-served
Women between the ages of 50 and 74 who have not had a mammogram in the previous 24 months can access it. A maximum of 35 mammograms will be performed. The timetable for these services is from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.
Reservations will also be made for cervical screening: Pap tests for women between 25 and 29 years of age, HPV tests for women between 25 and 64 years of age. The time for the Pap test is instead from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm.
Fecal occult blood screening kits, screening tests for colorectal cancers, will be distributed to women and men between the ages of 50 and 74 in the time period from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.
