The ASL of Frosinone is working on the practices of those over 50 who request the annulment of the sanction imposed by the Revenue Collection Agency (ADER) for not having complied with the vaccination obligation by 1 February 2022.
The administrative sanction is equal to 100 euros and is sent by the Ministry of Health through the Revenue Agency to subjects who on 1 February 2022 had not started or completed the primary vaccination cycle and who had not carried out the third dose within the terms provided for by the legislation.
In a few hours, about 250 requests arrived at the post office box that saturated the system so much that it was necessary to expand it to accommodate all requests.
Who can request the cancellation of the sanction?
Users who received the sanction letter from the Revenue Collection Agency (ADER) for non-compliance with the vaccination obligation on 1 February 2022 and who were, on that date, in the condition of deferral, exemption, impossibility to carry out the vaccination. All duly documented.
How to request the cancellation of the sanction?
You can request the cancellation of the sanction within 10 days of receipt of the ADER communication, by sending the documentation to the address sanzione.obbligovaccinale@aslfrosinone.it
What should be attached?
It is necessary to:
- Copy of the valid identity document, dated and signed;
- Copy of the front/back health card;
- Copy of the letter received from ADER with the identification number of the procedure;
- Copy of the documentation supporting the non-existence and/or inability to comply with the vaccination obligation as of 1 February 2022;
- Copy of any previous paper exemption;
- Telephone number for contact needs.
The ASL will proceed with the investigation and will notify the user, by email, of the acceptance of the request with relative insertion of the necessary data on the ADER portal for the suspension of the sanction or denial for non-existence of the conditions.

Our offices are working hard to process all incoming and continuing applications. If necessary, we will send all the necessary documentation to the Revenue Collection Agency. However, it should be pointed out that the last word lies with the Ministry of Health, which will decide whether to cancel the sanction or confirm it.
