We inform you that it is the intention of this Healthcare Company to renew and/or enter into special agreements with Credit Institutions, financial companies, pursuant to Article 15 of Presidential Decree 180/1950, in order to allow its employees access to loans by proxy.
Companies interested in financing contracts must be registered in the list /register of financial intermediaries or banks authorised to operate in the financial sector, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 106 and 107 of Legislative Decree 385/93 and Legislative Decree 141/2010.
The Institutes and companies in possession of the aforementioned requirements that will request the Company will be able to access the stipulation of a specific agreement for a period of three years starting from January 2023, according to the Regulations approved by Resolution NO. 58 of 26/01/2023 and the attached agreement scheme.
Requests must be addressed to the UOC Development and Enhancement of Human Resources by certified email : protocollo@pec.aslfrosinone.it
Once the investigation has been successfully completed, the Agreement will be signed by the Institute concerned and the ASL of Frosinone.
At the end of the agreement procedure, it will be possible to activate the payment delegations, for the loans granted, by the affiliated credit institution, to the employees of this Administration.
