A heartfelt thanks to the work done by the medical and nursing staff of the Surgery department for taking care of their father.
This is what the Ambassador of Nicaragua to Italy, Monica Robelo, wanted to express in a letter addressed to the Strategic Directorate of the ASL and to the Health Director of the Santissima Trinità di Sora hospital, in recognition of the assistance that the man has received since his arrival at the hospital.
The father of the Nicaraguan diplomat, who arrived in the Emergency Room with serious urological problems, was promptly visited and admitted to the Surgery department, in the Urology section, where he underwent a perfectly successful urological surgery.
It was he himself who wanted to go to the hospital in Sorano knowing that he had found the right remedy for his health problem.
The letter
“Hereby – writes Ambassador Robelo – I would like to address a personal compliment and heartfelt thanks to the UOC Director of General and Oncological Surgery Dr. Giuseppe Mezzetti, the UOS Head of Urology Dr. Mario Prata, the anesthesiologist Dr. Nazareno Lo Martire, the nursing coordinator Dr. Giuseppina Cerqua, the medical directors and nursing staff, for the professionalism shown in taking care of my father, who went to the emergency room at the SS Trinita’ di Sora hospital and was promptly admitted to the health facility.
The gratitude – he continues – is due not only for the absolute competence they demonstrated, but also for the humanity and availability with which they supported and assisted him in the pre-hospitalisation phase, allowing him to proceed to hospital in good time and receive adequate medical care.
I would finally like to pay tribute – concludes Ambassador Robelo – to the daily work of your professionals, highlighting the excellence of the Urology Department, reiterating my heartfelt thanks”.
