“The health emergency is not over and the vaccination campaign with direct access to the company hubs without the need for any reservation”.
Specifying this fundamental aspect for the continuation of the anti-Covid campaign is the head of the vaccination service of the ASL of Frosinone Dr. Maria Gabriella Calenda.
At this time it is no longer necessary to visit the regional site but it is enough to go to the vaccination centers that have recently been reorganized precisely to welcome those who still have to protect themselves from the virus.
It is very important, depending on the number of cases that are recorded daily and the transmission capacity of the new Omicron 2 variant, to proceed with vaccination for those who have not yet started the vaccination cycle and complete the schedule with the second and third doses, essential for the effectiveness of protection.
Even those who have become infected after the second dose, must undergo the booster dose, 120 days later, to stabilize their protection over time.
“A particular appeal – emphasizes Dr. Maria Gabriella Calenda – I want to address it to the immunocompromised, particularly fragile subjects, so that they undergo the fourth dose, planned, at the moment, specifically for this category of patients and the young group, given the high number of infections that are being recorded in recent weeks in this specific population: we are also waiting for them, in direct access, in our hubs”.
To facilitate direct access to company vaccination centres, the ASL of Frosinone, in recent days, has reorganised offices and schedules as follows:
- San Benedetto di Alatri Hospital (adults and paediatric): Mon-Sat 8.30 am – 3.30 pm
- Fabrizio Spaziani Frosinone Hospital (adults and paediatric): Mon-Sun 8.30-16.30
- Santissima Trinità di Sora Hospital (adults and paediatric): Mon-Sat 8.30 am – 3.30 pm
- Ospedale Santa Scolastica di Cassino (adults): Mon-Sat 14-18; Sun 8.30-13.30
- UOS Cav Cassino, via degli Eroi (paediatric): Mon – Wed 12-16; Tue – Thu – Fri 12-14
- Casa Salute Pontecorvo (adults and pediatric): Mon-Fri 8.30-13.30
