Dear Colleagues,
also thisyear, the Circular of the Ministry of Health and the Operational Protocol of the Lazio Region for “Prevention and Control of Influenza”, provide, as an indispensable public health intervention, also for the prevention and management of the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19, the strong recommendation of influenza and pneumococcal vaccination for all personnel of Healthcare Companies and for Healthcare Workers in general.
Locations and times for influenza vaccination are shown in the attached table and can also be consulted on the company portal and on the website www.asl.fr.it
We inform you that the administration of the fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine has also been activated, to be carried out 120 days after the third dose or the previous infection, also for all Healthcare Professionals, who can go, in direct access, to the company Hubs or book through the regional website prenotavaccino-covid.regione.lazio.it
The two vaccines can be carried out in co-administration or at a distance of 14 days from each other.
Colleagues can also contact their Primary Care Physician participating in the campaigns.
The vaccination of Healthcare Workers is a priority objective of a civil society that is impossible to achieve without the availability and commitment to vaccinate and get vaccinated of each of us: with our responsible gesture, we guarantee the protection of ourselves, the Community in which we live and the fragile patients we take care of every day, ensuring the continuity of care in our Services.
We therefore trust in the massive adherence to the 2022-2023 Seasonal Influenza Campaign and the fourth dose of the anti-vid19 vaccine.
