The Festival of Inclusion was born from an idea of Dr. Marialucia Di Bona-Pedagogista Clinico® and the President of the Association “Smile Amici di Ilaria”, Agostino Sera, in order to raise awareness and educate the territory of Frosinone and province, to the active inclusion of people with disabilities.
The ASD- APS Association “Smile Amici di Ilaria”, in addition to the numerous charitable initiatives and those in favour of the disabled, carries out the “SuperAbili in campo” Inclusive Football project through the protocols of understanding stipulated with the ASL of Frosinone- General Management and TSMREE Service- and with Frosinone Calcio. Thisyear the Smile Association family is enriched by the valuable collaboration of StartUp 4U LAB SRL.- Laboratory of Assistive Technologies for the research and development of innovative solutions with a high technological content in favour of sensory disabilities. This recent combination gave rise to the “DYNAMO” software, a rating and performance analysis system for motor coordination.
The Smile Association with Dr. Di Bona have received:
– in 2021 the “Person and Community” award – Reporting of a good example for the Disability section for the “SuperAbili in Campo” project, from the Centro Studi Cultura e Società Città di Torino
– in 2022 the Italian prize “Inclusion 3.0” from the University of Macerata for the project “SuperAbili in Campo”
– in 2023, the “Person and Community” award for the format “Festival dell ‘Inclusione di Frosinone”- Reporting of a good example for the Disability section by the Centro Studi Cultura e Società Città di Torino
– in 2023, the special mention of the jury relating to the competition “When less becomes more”, for the “Super Skills in the Field” Project by the Olympyus Association.
